I believe you're unable to enter Fear Farm even if you don't go inside the haunted houses. They sell the admission tickets knowing that you'll enter the haunted houses. Sorry! :/

I've been going to fear farm for 10 consecutive years and this place is now an absolute joke. They sold out and this is obviously a money grab at this point. They send the lines through each haunted house together with no wait in between groups. So you already see the "scary" stuff happen to people in front of you. There's a MAXIMUM of 6 actors in each house and decorations. They just stood there looking at you- multiple chainsaws but again they just stand there. I'm so disappointed and I don't think I'll ever return.

Photo of Veronica N.

Fun place to bring the family for Halloween! Lots of haunted houses to choose from all in one area. We tried all of them and the hay ride at the end. Great effort put into costumes and producing the haunted houses. There were several good vendors for snacks. I got the deep fried Oreos. Always a good choice for a sugar rush! All together we spent about an hour and a half touring the place. Be sure to come early as the parking lot gets full and lines get long.

Photo of Madison C.

Two stars is generous and it's only for the poor actors who are clearly understaffed and trying their best. I've been going to fear farm for over 10 years and it's gone super downhill since it was bought out. The storylines of each walkthrough are nearly impossible to follow, the props and sets are thrown together, and the overall quality is truly lacking. Considering how many people attend each year, they should have the budget to offer a larger amount of money to their actors and have the ability to cast more folks. For the cost, it's not worth it.

Photo of User1996145 U.

Extremely disappointed in this place. Fear farm used to be so cool...idk what happened. Hardly any actors the first house had 4 actors and they literally just stood there. I felt so bad for the actors, they looked tired, drained and unhappy. Poor management. The DUST WAS TERRIBLE I couldn't breathe at all the corn maze was ok but the actors in there were kind of rude. One man was threatening to pour ranch on me. So disgusting. What a waste of money. Not to mention the 4 hour wait to get in. We got there at 6 and they didn't let us in until 10:30. Do not waste your money here. There's a reason they hardly have any employees. Should be shut down for good.

Photo of Courtney K.

Buying the fast lane ticket was a smart idea. The place was overly crowded but spending a little extra for the fast pass makes the wait so much shorter. The sets were nice and seemed like a lot of work went into them, but there didn't seem to be enough actors in the haunted houses and especially the maze. There were a couple good jump scares. The lines were chaotic for the maze and had no order to it, confusion was everywhere. I think they need to get a better system for checking tickets and sorting people into the respected lines. The corn maze was disappointing for sure. We were in there for a long time and only ran into two actors so it was a lot of walking around with nothing happening. I did have fun but I wish it was scarier and more organized.

Photo of Mercy Y.

It was so disappointing this year. You can tell their employment was struggling, which isn't really their fault, but it just wasn't as exciting as it was in the past. Too much money for such mediocre stuff. Also, an employee out of character targeted me and my friend in a homophobic manner. It was so uncomfortable and really odd that he said the things he did to us. So that just made everything worse. Totally not worth it this year and if they let their employees talk to people like that, definitely never going back because it was seriously ridiculous and upsetting.

Photo of Alena A.

Absolute waste of money ... it was definitely low on staff the houses weren't scary & the corn maze had only 2 people scaring in there . I definitely won't be spending money on on that ever again .

Photo of Nicole S.

If Fear Farm is reading this I strongly recommend more staffing, chainsaws, some fog effect and scary music in the background. I paid 132 for two people including the corn maze and skip the line pass. With the skip the line pass, I got into every haunted house in under 15 seconds of walking up to it. Everyone went in as groups followed right behind another. They need to space us out at least a few minutes apart. 1-10 how scary is it? about 1 unless you're a young kid under the age of 7, it maybe be a good 5-7 for ya.

Photo of Ashlee M.

Wow! What a blast with "Elite" treatment. Enjoyed all the haunted attractions including the haunted hayride. Fear farm has out done themselves on the sets this year and it just keeps getting better and better every year. I am not sure how they are going to outdo this one. Such a fun time, it is not Halloween without it. Totally worth getting that "immediate access" wristband.

Photo of Sarah L.

Waited over an hour for one house and another 40 minutes for the corn maze. Not worth the money spent. They give you a time To come in but over sale tickets for the same time. Really a disappointment :(thanks

Not worth the money!

I had signed up for this event with co-workers, the staff at the event had taken precautions and you needed to go through metal detectors before entering the event. I have been to many Halloween events on the East Coast, and I have to say the metal detectors were new for me. The lines were long, unless you got fast pass's, you felt like a mouse in a maze going through all the barriers for the lines. I get it, I do. But please make the event at least close to what was advertised! I swear the actors really put no effort into scaring people. I believe we got the rated G version. Lots of chainsaws, but there were no scare jumps, hardly any monsters. Just wasn't worth the time or the money to go. Very disappointed.

Looks like some sort of corporation is now running haunted houses and haunted "farms". They have no imagination. Just a bunch of people jumping out at you from around corners. WAY WAY too many people running around with chain saws trying to scare you. It worked on young girls! But the air was thick with chain saw fumes and by the time we left our throats hurt. You stand in line for various " haunted houses". People that paid extra are let in a different line and they all get in first. We paid extra for the haunted corn maze, and it had about 3 people running after you again with the chain saws. Although the guy doing the clown was actually good, except he too had a chainsaw. I'm older, and remember haunted houses in the past that actually used some imagination and were actually fun and scary. This place is not, unless you are a young teenage girl I guess. And of course, hideously expensive!!!! Don't go.
