You need to do this.When you go to Destin, you need to book this yacht and spend time with up to 12 of your friends having the most wonderful time of your life. The boat is amazing and the crew was phenomenal. Unbelievable experience. I booked my mastermind retreat a tour on this yacht while we were in town and everyone raved about it.

Wow, what a great day on a beautiful boat. The Captain and mate Lauren were incredibly kind. We had a wonderful champagne to begin our cruise. Shortly after we were surrounded on both sides of the boat by porpoises. Then we went tubing via jet ski! Finally, a visit to Crab island. It was just a perfect trip!!!! We will definitely recommend to our friends and return for another visit ourselves!

Fantastic first-class experience. The yacht was clean and beautiful, the crew charming, fun-loving, and knowledgeable. Our families will cherish the memory forever. I don’t know if this is normal, but we had dolphins swimming with us probably a dozen times. Oh and... BEAUTIFUL SUNSET!

Awesome experience with this charter! The Captain Jenna was fantastic, she found a perfect spot to see the dolphins and sharks! Our crew, Michelle and Carrie were outstanding and very attentive to our group of 10. Thank you ladies, you rock!!! P.S. I would give you 5 stars if I could. BTW, the boat is a beauty!!!

I am not normally one to write a review but after our charter we were so pleased I wanted to be sure to leave one. I can't say enough about Holloway Yacht Charters. I Chartered Propensity for my wife's birthday and it could not have been any better. In fact she says it was her best birthday ever. Ryan the owner answered every question I had and was so helpful in planning the trip even when I needed to make changes. Captain Jenna, Michelle and Kerry were an amazing crew, so professional and nice.  They make sure you know everything for your safety and take care of every need you have, even surprised us with decorations and a birthday cake for my wife. BEACH COAST  LUXURY YACHT  CHARTERS

One Fathom Under is a 55-foot Sea Ray Sundancer yacht that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 passengers plus crew. The lower deck is temperature controlled and features a main salon with bar seating, 2 bathrooms, 2 private staterooms, and a full galley equipped with a refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, stove top, air fryer, and ice maker. For your convenience, we provide a large deck cooler stocked with ice and water.

The main salon of One Fathom Under offers comfortable seating, 5G Wi-Fi, and a 37-inch HDTV Smart TV with streaming capabilities. The shaded upper deck features newly upholstered seating and a high-quality sound system perfect for streaming your favorite playlists. If you prefer the sun or a breathtaking scenic view, try out the bow of the boat. Enjoy dipping your feet from the swim deck off the stern of the boat into the crystal clear waters of Destin, Florida. Our hydraulic swim platform lowers and raises into the water for easier access into the water.

Extra amenities include a 6x6 inflatable floating pad, soft foam pool noodles, and miscellaneous swim gear for in-water fun. Last but not least, our crew is serious about your safety! One Fathom Under is equipped with all required certified USCG safety equipment.

Bella Roma is a 70′ luxury motor yacht rental in Destin, Florida, servicing all of Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, and surrounding areas throughout the Florida panhandle. This Destin yacht charter is perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, or just relaxing with friends. We currently have three standard booking options for a maximum of 13 passengers on each cruise. These are bareboat cruises where you can either provide your own US Coast Guard licensed captain or choose one from our list of approved captains.

Three Private Yacht Rental Options

4 Hour Cruise ($3200)

Our four hour charters are available in either morning or afternoon time slots. See dolphins and enjoy the sun near Crab Island and Destin Harbor.

6 Hour Cruise ($4200)

During this charter, you can see both the Destin area (Crab Island) as well as the more rural areas of the Intercoastal Waterway and Spectre Island.

8 Hour Cruise ($5200)

Our all day charter allows you to see the Destin area as well as the unspoiled areas of the Intercoastal Waterway and Spectre Island at a relaxed pace.

Here’s How It Works

Choose the length of time you’re interested in and click on that option. Reserve your spot with a $1,000 deposit (plus taxes and fees) and we’ll charge your card for the remaining balance the week of your charter.

On the day of your charter, plan to arrive at the marina 15 minutes before your reservation so we can get everyone on board and depart on time. Bring any prepared food or adult beverages you’d like to enjoy. We’ll cruise around Destin Harbor, Choctawhatchee Bay, the Narrows (Intercoastal Waterway) and Crabb Island depending on what you’d like to see and do.

Thanks for choosing Happy Hour! You are going to enjoy one of the most luxurious experiences available in Destin. In addition to letting us know what day and time you want for your Charter, we also need you to complete your purchase online and complete a Charter Agreement which is downloadable here. Every Charter must have a Charter Agreement signed before boarding the vessel. In addition to this agreement, the Captain will require a list of all passengers for the day with their name, city of residence, email and phone number.

from a pool of qualified Captains and pays them directly at a rate determined between the two parties.      The Charterer is responsible for the operation of the vessel in accordance with all Federal, State and Local law.  have demonstrated competency with our vessel, hold at least a U.S.C.G. 25 Ton Master license and comply with Federal random drug/alcohol testing regulations at a minimum.  Captains work for the Charterer as an independent contractor on an "at will" basis as agreed between the two parties.

A dedicated and experienced captain, dressed in uniform, is available to conduct ash scattering ceremonies at sea. Captain/Chaplain Matt is a duly ordained minister. Join Captain Pam for a day trip aboard our new Trimaran, Nice Tri. All her day trips offer the ability to swim, snorkel, look for dolphins or watch the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, Florida. You can also choose to visit Crab Island. The place Captain Pam likes to snorkel is called the Grass Flats. It is a shallow area where you can disembark the Sailing Trimaran and be waist-deep in water to hunt for treasures. While snorkeling, some things you may find include seashells, hermit crabs, fish, shrimp, and occasional seahorse. Captain Pam allows you to take a hermit crab of your choice to the boat for a race before releasing it.

Snorkeling Tours

Snorkeling Adventures are fun for all ages, but we have a special treat for the older kids and grownups with the conditions right to travel into the Gulf of Mexico. Captain Pam loves to bring you sand dollar hunting. We get sand dollars on the second sandbar, where you can dive from ten to fifteen feet. You can keep two sand dollars per person. Captain Pam suggests a four-hour cruise so you will have plenty of time to explore.

See The Dolphins

The Gulf of Mexico hosts some pretty friendly Aquatic Mammals, like the Tursiops Truncatus or Bottle Nose Dolphin. These happy mammals are some of our best friends, and they love meeting new people. We have thirty-five to fifty local dolphins who love to interact with sailboats and passengers, and we get to see them on seventy-five percent of our cruises. So when we are fortunate enough to interact with them, they will follow as we sail along.

Party on Crab Island

The cool thing about Crab Island is it isn't an island. It's a sandbar on the bayside of the Destin pass where locals and tourists alike come to anchor their boats, party, swim, or walk to one of the floating restaurant shacks to grab a drink or a bite to eat. You are welcome to bring your cooler with drinks and snacks, no glass, please. Crab Island is fun for all ages; it has ice cream boats, shore dash, and Reef Burgers, Captain Pam's favorite. People come worldwide to enjoy this incredible sandbar.

The high-top aft bar table is a perfect area to chill with four bar stools or relax on one of the three couch seating areas. For fun, jump in the water and relax  on our Bote floating dock, two floating chairs, or four noodle sling chairs.

Some of you may be asking, what is a Tritoon? A Tritoon is a triple-hull pontoon boat. Instead of two large pontoon tubes, a tritoon has a third tube in the center that distributes weight more evenly on the water. With additional stability, a Tritoon can provide more horsepower than a traditional pontoon allowing it to move faster. The Bliss offers a leisure cruise with excellent stability on the water.

A rental boat includes just the boat, and they usually come with travel limitations. If you book with us, you get a luxury pontoon boat, a USCG licensed captain, and everything you need for a great day on the water: no travel limitations, a cooler with ice, floats, and games.

I can accommodate up to 6 passengers on my boat.  If your group is larger than 6, accommodations can be made to add an additional boat to your trip!

A 4 hour charter is $580

A 6 hour charter is $780

An 8 hour charter is $1000

* this is pricing for  May-Sept... pricing does not change for holiday’s or weekends

A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your time slot.  The balance is due on the day of your charter.

Refund Policy

- Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit their deposit.

- If a cancellation is due to Juicebox Charters, a full refund will be issued.

- Cancellations due to weather will be decided on the day of the charter.

Destin's Capt. Jim Green appointed to Marine Fisheries Advisory Committee

Destin’s Jim Green was one of eight people recently appointed to NOAA’s Marine Fisheries Advisory Committee. 

The 21-member committee advises the secretary of commerce and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration on all marine life matters the Department of Commerce is responsible for, according to the NOAA website. 

The appointment is effective now and will expire in three years.

“I feel honored by the appointment,” Green said. 

“It is not as controversial or intense as the Gulf Council or other regional councils that craft the regulations, but it is part of the federal process,” Green said. 

Green, who is a third-generation fisherman for-hire, is captain of the New Florida Girl’s American Spirit and president of the Destin Charter Boat Association. Destin has the largest for-hire fishing fleet in the nation working out of one port.

One of the things the Marine Fisheries Advisory Committee deals with is the “agency’s policy side of marine resources,” Green said. 

“In order to improve the future of our fleet in Destin and our industry we cannot just focus on the regulatory side of things. It is important to have a voice and give input on how the agency views and approaches current and future issues as well as improvements,” he said. 

“It is my hope that I can adequately provide that voice for my industry at this higher level and continue to improve how federal fisheries and resources are handled by the agency,” Green said. 

MAFAC was established in 1971 to advise the secretary of commerce. This committee ensures the nation’s living marine resource policies and programs meet the needs of commercial and recreational fishermen, aquaculture, the seafood industry, environmental, consumer, academic, tribal, governmental and other national interests, according to the NOAA website. 

Membership to the committee is voluntary, and, except for reimbursable travel and related expenses, service is without pay.

Florida beaches open after shark attacks injure woman, 2 teens. What we know

Two teenagers and a woman were injured in two shark attacks less than two hours apart Friday afternoon in the Florida Panhandle. The woman lost her lower left arm and suffered "significant trauma" to other areas of her body, officials said at a Friday afternoon news conference. The mother of one of the teens said the girl's hand had been taken and her right leg had to be amputated .

Both incidents happened between Miramar Beach and Panama City Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Beaches in Walton and Bay counties were closed Friday and reopened Saturday morning , with warnings. The Walton County Sheriff's Office and Florida Fish and Wildlife monitored the shoreline by boat through the weekend. Panama City Beach Police in the Sheriff's Office helicopter Saturday reported seeing " a notable presence of sharks , specifically bull sharks," near the first incident.

"We want to reiterate that sharks are always present in the Gulf ," the WCSO said in a Facebook post . "Swimmers and beachgoers should be cautious when swimming and be aware of their surroundings at all times."

What happened in the shark attacks in Walton County, Florida?

At about 1:20 p.m. Friday, a 45-year-old woman was swimming with her husband past the first sandbar near Founders Lane in Watersound Beach, west of Seacrest Beach when she was bitten.

"She received significant trauma to the midsection and pelvic area," said South Walton Fire District Fire Chief Ryan Crawford at a press conference Friday , "as well as amputation of the left lower arm."

About an hour and a half later, just before 3 p.m., two girls aged 15 and 17 were swimming with friends and looking for sand dollars in waist-deep water near the Sandy Shores Court area of Seacrest Beach, about four miles east of the first bite. The girls were swimming just inside the first sandbar, Crawford said, in a similar proximity to the shoreline as the previous attack.

"Victim one received significant injuries to one upper and one lower extremity," Crawford said. "Victim number two received what's been described as flesh wounds to the right lower extremity."

How are the Florida shark attack victims? What are their conditions?

A teenager, Lulu Gribbin of Alabama, was treated on the scene by first responders and taken via helicopter to HCA Fort Walton-Destin Hospital. She is in critical condition with severe injuries, including the loss of her lower left arm.

The girl's mother, Ann Blair Gribbon, said on a platform for hospital patients that the teen's left hand was bitten off and a leg had to be amputated. She'll likely need at least five more surgeries to finalize the amputations, Gribbon said, but the girl's vitals were improving by Saturday and hospital staff was able to remove her breathing tube.

"This was a first big step," Ann Gribbin wrote. "Once she was settled her first words to us were 'I made it.'

The 45-year-old woman lost a hand to the shark bite and suffered trauma to her midsection and pelvic region, officials said. She was in critical condition Friday.

Several beachgoers had medical training, Walton County Sheriff Michael Adkinson, and at least two were nurses. "Those folks jumped in and started rendering care and help," he said, as the deputy and South Walton crew arrived.

Adkinson said he and Crawford decided to close the beaches for a couple of miles around the first attack. But before that was put into place, the second one occurred.

The other girl was taken to Ascension Bay Medical Center in Panama City Beach. She was in stable condition with flesh wounds to her lower right extremity.

Why did a shark or sharks bite people swimming in Walton County?

The precise cause is unknown. Most of the time when a shark bites a human being , it's because it was curious about the splashing in the water or startled by a swimmer or surfer crossing its path. Some sharks may bite to protect an area, similar to a dog barking at people in his yard. Shark bites, while potentially horrific, remain rare .

Panama City Beach police reported seeing a number of bull sharks near the sandbar by the first incident. Bay County Sheriff Tommy Ford said in a release that, according to the FWC, "bait fish are schooling near the shore at this time of year, which may have been a contributing factor in the attacks." 

Destin charter boat Capt. Gary Jarvis told The Northwest Florida Daily News that there are more sharks in the Gulf of Mexico than there have been for years.

“There are more people that swim in the water than before and there are more sharks in the water than ever before. So, the incident rate of shark bites is only going to go in one direction,” Jarvis said.
