Where do we get picked up and dropped off at?

Pick up and drop off locations can be different for each specific boat and location. Please ensure to check with your cruise director for clarification.

How does payment work?

Once a boat and package is agreed upon, we place a temporary hold on the vessel. This temporary hold is generally active for 24-72 hours pending a deposit payment. This timeframe can often vary due to various circumstances, however, it will be specified at the time of placing your booking.

To secure your booking a 50% deposit payment is required. The final balance payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.A security bond payment may also be applicable with your final payment which is returned post charter providing no breakages or damages. This will be specified in your specs sheet.

If your booking is made within 14 days of charter date, full payment is required unless an alternative process is approved by your cruise director.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For peak season bookings we recommend booking 4-5 months in advance at least to give you the largest variety of vessels to choose from and also the best chance for you getting your desired date and time slot.

Availability does change daily so we recommend getting in touch with our team as soon as possible to ensure we have the best chance of locking away the boat you desire

Generally there are BYO drinks options available for groups up to 45 guests. BYO boats will provide large eskies to keep your drinks nice and cold. Ice may or may not be included in your hire. We will let you know upon booking if your boat has the BYO option available and/or if a BYO fee applies so there will be no surprises.

It’s mandatory to have enough food onboard to comply with RSA guidelines. Most boats have onboard BBQs, and the crew will cook your food if you choose to bring your own. Alternatively, you can select one of the catering options available, and we will handle the food arrangements for you. If you’re unsure whether your boat allows BYO food, we’ll clarify this for you when you enquire so that there are no surprises.

We’ve got the inside scoop on which of our boat partners are ready to party and allow for some cheeky entertainment! We’ll advise you which boats are best suited for your needs when you enquire. You can organize your own cheeky entertainment, or we will happily connect you with our entertainment partners.

Larger catamarans, yachts, and event boats are especially suitable for hosting DJ parties. Upon booking, we will inform you if having a DJ onboard is possible on your chosen boat. If you’re interested in having a DJ at your event but don’t have one lined up yet, don’t worry! We can help you arrange a DJ for your private bucks party. Pricing and options for DJ services are available upon request, so please let us know if you need any assistance with this.

Depending on the vessel, this is possible. In particular, catamarans are a great option for a day of water play on Sydney Harbour. If you are on a vessel that has easy water access included, your captain will take you to the perfect secluded swimming spots. Please let our team know if swimming is something you’re interested upon enquiring.

Boats will head out in all weather conditions when deemed safe by the captain. If the weather is deemed unsafe and the captain needs to cancel, you will receive a 12-month voucher. This voucher is equal to the value of your booking and can be used to reschedule your charter. The past years we’ve had quite a few groups out with a bit of rain, and they all still had an amazing time! There is plenty of space on the boats to keep dry, and sometimes a little rain even adds to the fun!

Map: Party people, here's your Boston Celtics duck boat parade route

For the 13th time in 23 years, Boston will hold a "rolling rally," or parade of duck boats ferrying a champion team across the city through throngs of adoring fans.

This time, bring some water.

Boston plans to fete the C's on Friday at 11 a.m., getting an early jump on the day to perhaps deter heavy drinking in the crowd. Not that booze would be such a great idea; Friday is expected to ride the tail end of a week-long heat wave, with temperatures soaring deep into the 80s and shirt-soaking humidity.

"Alcohol in the hot sun is tough for anybody," said Boston Chief of Emergency Medical Services James Hooley.

The parade route will be familiar to Boston sports fans: Departing from TD Garden, the ducks will roll down Causeway Street, onto Cambridge and Tremont streets, past City Hall Plaza and Boston Common. Then, they'll hook a right onto Boylston Street and truck down through Copley Square before halting at Hynes Convention Center.

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu said the city expects up to a million people to line the route.

Wu and Hooley also asked fans to refrain from some of the more common bad ideas seen in parades past, like people climbing light posts.

"Be a good wingman, wingwoman, good friend," Hooley said. "Visits to emergency rooms can be avoided by just some common sense."

MBTA General Manager Phillip Eng encouraged people to avoid the traffic and potential parking nightmares by taking the T to the celebration. There are several stops up and down the route.
