Having worked in all areas of the industry has allowed me to build an excellent network to effectively guide my clients through the sales process. 

I have quite literally grown up in the super yachting industry having spent most of my childhood in and around shipyards with my father. Captivated at a young age, I spent my time on the water sailing, diving and photographing yachts. I've been fortunate to step aboard and cruise on some of the world's largest yachts and experience some of the most incredible cruising destinations during my career. I truly believe purchasing a yacht should be a fun process.

2002 BENETEAU 50 - One Owner from New Owner Motivated, as new boat arriving South of France soon

The popular Beneteau 50 designed by Bruce Farr brings you both performance and elegance. This is the very desirable four-cabin version with the option to convert the forward two cabins into one large cabin with sofa to starboard, each with its own heads and shower compartments.

The 50 features a dual-cockpit configuration with twin steering positions and directly accessible winches for the helmsman. Access from the stern is made easy by a built-in step and a hinged door that leads to the cockpit. The Beneteau 50 is the perfect boat for cruising the Mediterranean and beyond in complete comfort. Light, bright and airy with plenty of storage.

INTERMEZZO has been lovingly cared for by a serious owner with relatively little use over the 20 years of ownership and low engine hours for the year 1886. 

Continuous maintenance and upgrades include:

• 2023  Haul Out - Replaced 22 below water Sea Cocks antifoul/anodes
• 2020 The Standing and some of the Running rigging was replaced
• 2021 New Engine Start and Generator batteries
• 2022  Full hull polishing on annual haul-out
• 2018 Hull sand blasted back to Gelcoat with Primer and Antifouling applied
• Engine servicing (Feb 2023)
• Recent - Zodiac 300 Compact and 6hp Yamaha outboard (new 2018)
• Electric Windless (new 2018) with 50m of 12mm chain and High Holding Power Anchor

Interior and Accommodation:

• Sleeping up to 12 with the convertible dinette into a double and the crew forepeak
• 1.9m standing headroom and good ventilation throughout.
• The fore peak cabin is accessible by deck accommodating two bunk crew style berths with WC or for extra storage.
• Four cabins with the option to convert the forward two cabins into one large cabin with sofa to starboard, each with its own heads and shower compartments.
• Dinette Table converts to another double
• Each head can be valved to Black Tanks
• Plenty of storage lockers throughout the accommodation.
• The main salon has a large convertible U-shaped dinette to port with table and settee seating either side. The generator is housed in soundproofing below the outboard seating outboard.
• To starboard is the galley with double stainless steel sinks seawater pump and pressurized hot and cold water, 4 burner hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer additionally driven by main engine.
• Port side navigation station. (Nav equipment is original and would benefit from updating, Radar not operational, but could be fixed)
• The two spacious aft cabins with double berths come with private heads. All interior woodwork has been beautifully kept, the vessel presents very well
• Starboard side Galley with Fridge, Freezer, Sink and Gimballed stove
