Has anyone ever sailed with Flying Clouds. They get mixed reviews on TA so I’m wondering if anyone here has ever done an excursion and how was it?

I would be interested to hear what others have to say as well.
Depends on your expectations. It's a very popular excursion. You can have fun and go with the flow, or sulk because it's crowded. Also, they rarely go under sail, due to time constraints and the fact that they are in the harbor for a good part of the trip.
I enjoy the trip. Rose Island is beautiful, and if you do the all day tour with lunch, it's a nice offering. If you don't mind Styrofoam and plastic forks, it's fine. Some complain because they like to.
The same for others in this category.

We did it last November and enjoyed the day. Wasn't too crowded that day. Lunch was good.

3 1/2hr half day excursion, summer schedule:.
9:30am - 1pm & 2pm - 5:30pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
2pm - 5:30pm every Monday
Winter Schedule:
9am - 12:30pm & 1pm - 4:30pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
1pm - 4:30pm every Monday
Trip Includes:
ALL INCLUSIVE BAR, Roundtrip bus transfers from hotels in the western area and the paradise island hotels furthest away from the P I ferry terminal, life vests, snorkelling gear and lessons included. The option of one hour reef snorkelling or beach stop on Rose Island is given (weather dependent)

COVID-19 PROTOCOL & PROCEDURES
We would like to reassure all our guests and partners that we are supplementing our existing rigorous health and safety protocol with coronavirus-specific guidance, procedures and training. These measures are in place to ensure a safe and comfortable environment when on board our vessel or visiting our office. We continue to monitor information from World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities to ensure that our actions and precautions are comprehensive. Since the guidance from WHO, CDC and local health authorities may change from time to time, we will continue to update our protocols and procedures as necessary to reflect such changes.
We will be conducting social distancing onboard the vessel and operating at a 50% reduction in capacity.
Vessel will be cleaned and disinfected with proper disinfecting solutions prior to boarding, during and after trips.
Guests will be required to sanitize before boarding the vessel and there will be sanitizing stations mounted onboard.
Cashless payment options
Crew members will be required to wear gloves and masks.
Signage/Markings will be placed onboard the vessel to remind staff and guest about social distancing.
Snorkeling gear will be sanitized before and after each use.
All guests will be required to wear a mask, per Bahamas government regulations.
We will also be adhering to all policies and procedures as implemented by our partners.

The Flying Cloud is a small catamaran - I believe there were fewer than 20 passengers aboard. The crew were all extremely helpful and congenial. We each were able to get one free soda and one free rum punch from the bar on board. Large bowls of chips were put out for the return trip.
The Flying Cloud was conveniently located to our resort and we were able to take the free shuttle to catch the ship. We were greeted by a photographer to take our picture before sailing that can be purchased at the end of the night. ... We took the Flying Cloud excursion and were very pleased. Price included ride to and from the boat, snorkeling gear, lunch and lots of tasty rum punch. The boat is a catamaran which is a fun design that includes a portion of the deck that is mesh on which you can sit of lay like a hammock. Really fun way to ride.

Just returned from a Bahamas Cruise. We had booked the Flying Cloud for an afternoon sail and snorkel trip based on the excellent reviews. We were instructed to be at the dock at 1:30 p.m. Boarding would be at 1:45 p.m. with a 2:00 departure. Earlier that day, a thunderstorm had blown through, but the afternoon turned out to be beautiful.
