Yacht arrangement

The particularly spectacular staircase from Lower deck to the bridge deck with the 3D custom made piece of art of full metal effect emphasizes the light to the main central entrance. The owner’s suite is located on the upper deck with totally different decorative schemes. The suite gives a sense of panoramic sea view, with the king-size bed, a walking closet and a luxury jacuzzi.

Further a full width to ship VIP suite is set on the main deck with a king-size bed and his and hers dressing room and marble bath with mosaic details. Main deck salon with decorative walls composed of a background panel in mother of pearl resin with handmade decoration in bronzed liquid metal finishing and the breathtaking chandelier represent without question the luxurious bespoke experience.

Her top speed is 20.0 kn and she boasts a maximum range of 8600.0 nm when navigating at cruising speed, with power coming from two Caterpillar diesel engines. She can accommodate up to 26 guests in 13 staterooms, with 29 crew members. She has a gross tonnage of 2743.0 GT and a 13.8 m beam.

She was designed by Studio Vafiadis , who also designed the interior. Studio Vafiadis has designed 21 yachts and designed the interior of 27 yachts for yachts above 24 metres.

The naval architecture was developed by Nafpigiki Hellas , who has architected 2 other superyachts in the BOAT Pro database - she is built with a Teak deck, a Steel hull, and Aluminium superstructure.

The Captain

The Greek Captain Alexandros Skaris has been in the charter business for almost 20 years, with many of his guests being repeat visitors to his yachts. Speaking of his role as captain, it is clear that he has a true passion for delivering the ultimate ocean experience. “The challenge in my role is to offer memories that extend beyond the yacht and the destination,” he says. “To build a connection with the guests and be part of their memories."

The Experience

O’Pari is a yacht that offers a little something for everyone. Her ample space and superb contemporary decoration give an immediate feeling of calm and luxury. Exotic marble walls contrast with sleek wooden floors, allowing guests to breathe a sigh of relief when they step on board.

The upper deck plays host to an impressive owner’s suite complete with its own salon. In total, O’Pari offers 14 guest cabins, including a master, one VIP, six  doubles, four twins with pullman and one single/hospital cabin, all with ensuite bathrooms.

A full gym and spa including a massage room, a Turkish hammam and a Finnish sauna are sure to delight those seeking ultimate relaxation. Popular dishes might include freshly caught lobster baked with hollandaise sauce served with sweet potatoes and green apple, or healthy salads packed with flavour, such as scallop, tuna, tomato and fresh herbs finished with a zingy lime dressing. Whatever the mood, Chef Papagiannis always rises to the occasion whether he’s catering laid-back brunches with classic favourites or formal dining and celebratory feasts.

The 95m/311’8″ motor yacht ‘O’Pari’ delivered by the Greek shipyard Golden Yachts and featuring interior styling by Studio Vafiadis. She can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 13 cabins.

Description

Owner’s suite is on the upper deck along with a VIP suite and 2 x double cabins. On the main deck there is a 2nd VIP suite, 3x double cabins and 3x twin cabins with a pullman in each. On the lower deck there will be another twin cabin with a pullman and a single cabin both ideal for supernumerary or for those that are keen or in need of isolation.

How to book a yacht charter?

Our dedicated charter consultant will help you select the right yacht, based on your needs and preferences, plan your itinerary and help arrange all logistics before, during and after the charter.

How much is the crew gratuity (tip)?

A crew gratuity is customary but at the Charterer’s discretion. Usually varies from 10% to 20% of the charter fee, based on the charterer’s satisfaction.

What is the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA)?

The Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) covers any running expenses while on board (e.g. transport, fuel, food & drink supplies, berthing dues, harbor charges, agency fees, equipment requested etc.). The APA is usually calculated as 30-40% of the charter fee, depending on the yacht. At the end of the charter, the captain will present to the charterer a detailed analysis of all expenses. Any APA not spent or any costs not covered sufficiently by the APA, will be settled between the parties at the end of the charter.

How is the charter rate calculated?

The charter rate, usually different for high and low seasons, is quoted per week.

For charters longer than a week, the charter rate is calculated by dividing the weekly rate by seven and multiplying by the number of charter days.

Charters lasting less than a week are usually calculated by dividing the weekly rate by six and multiplying by the number of charter days.

What support does OCEDA offer during the charter process?

We remain on hand throughout the charter to assist in any support required by our charterer clients such as organising an event onboard, booking restaurants, activities and handling any health and safety emergencies.

Oceda also can provide full support to the crew onboard via our agency team such as itinerary planning, the handling of all port formalities, provisioning and fuelling of the yacht.

What are the charter duration and booking lead time?

The charter duration depends on the yacht’s availability. A charter can last from 1 day (for some of the yachts) to more than a month, also depending on how long the charterer wants to charter. To ensure finding the perfect yacht for you we recommend that clients reach out to us at least 6 months in advance to the high season and up to three months in advance for off-peak season.

What are the costs the charter fee covers?

Under MYBA terms, the charter fee only covers the hire of the yacht with the crew on board. All additional expenses are covered by the chartering party. To cover such expenses an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is required to cover any provisioning, fueling mooring and legal fees. Any APA not spent or any costs not covered sufficiently by the APA paid will be settled between the parties at the end of the charter. The APA is usually calculated as 30-40% of the charter fee. The charterer should also consider VAT and potential gratuities to the crew for their decision on a yacht.

What kind of yachts are available for charter?

There is a huge selection of yachts available for charter with motor and sailing yachts ranging from a few meters to 90m plus. Depending on the needs of the charterer, in OCEDA we can find a yacht that suits your needs, whether that is one with a vast selection of water toys for a family charter or a classic sailing yacht.

O'Pari is a custom motor yacht launched in 2020 by Golden Yachts , in Greece.

O'Pari measures 95.00 metres in length, with a max draft of 3.60 metres and a beam of 13.80 metres. She has a gross tonnage of 2,700 tonnes.

O'Pari has a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure.

O'Pari also features naval architecture by Golden Yachts .

Video: 95m Greek superyacht O'PARI completed and ready for 2020 Greece Charters

The 95m (310') charter yacht O'PARI has been delivered by Golden Yachts and is now ready to host her first  Greece yacht charters  this summer 2020. 

A fine example of Greek shipbuilding and design,  O'PARI  has been handed over to her Owners as part of a delivery ceremony at Golden Yachts' facilities in Athens.

In an exclusive video, the brand new superyacht was captured cruising in Poros during her maiden voyage over the weekend.

The 2600 GT yacht hit the water for the first time in March. Her keel was laid in October 2018, demonstrating an impressively speedy turnaround time for Golden Yachts, with their new flagship built and delivered in less than two years. The superyacht is a fitting testament to the shipyard's resilience even during the Coronavirus crisis. 

O'PARI marks the fourth-largest superyacht ever built in Greece, and she is now the 66th Largest Yacht in the World. 

The superyacht is 100% Greek-made, and has been commissioned for serial yacht owner Paris Dragnis. 

Dragnis, a prominent Greek businessman, has owned and commissioned 14 superyachts and all of them were or still are popular luxury charter yachts . All of his yachts have a stellar selection of luxury amenities and a host of celebrity clientele, and Dragnis has been credited with strengthening the nautical tourism sector in Greece through his yachts. 

O'PARI was also designed with the charter market in mind from the outset, and her Owner's input and experience will no doubt make her a popular option for superyacht charter vacations around Greece.

Following in the footsteps of other yachts built by Golden Yachts, the superyacht has an incredible range of amenities, including a huge pool, a foredeck helipad, an enormous Owner's deck and a sundeck dip pool. 

Accommodation is provided for a total of 12 guests in 14 cabins, and her interior styling is by Studio Vafiadis. The Greek studio has previously worked on other superyachts including 107m motor yacht DREAM , where they created a beautifully relaxed, elegant and luminous on-board atmosphere. Some of their signature design elements include drop-down television screens which spin around, and plush carpets that absorb excess sound and create a wonderfully soft feeling underfoot.

Similar themes are expected on board O'PARI, with champagne and cream tones, discreet lighting panels and marble-clad en suites. 

O'PARI undertook her maiden voyage down to Poros and Hydra over the weekend, and has since returned to the mainland.

The motor yacht  is the fourteenth yacht built by Golden Yachts. By length, she is the largest Greek-built vessel to be purpose-built as a charter yacht. 

However, 91m charter yacht MOONLIGHT II has a slightly larger overall volume, with a GT of 2,982 in comparison to O'PARI's 2,600 GT.

O'PARI is available to book right now for a summer 2020 yachting vacation in Greece. Her charter price is from €1,000,000 p/week plus expenses.
