Formerly an exclusive Marriott guy-lifetime gold status-yes, I travel a lot. Not sure if it matters, but staying on points. Neither tv nor internet are working. Called front desk the first time, told to wait an hour and it should work. 2 hours later still not working, called front desk and was given a number to call for tech support. No answer-but the music was.... Loud? Tv internet issues in Billings in Billings, they resolved it after 2 + hours-AND created Havoc on a Zoom call. Couldn't check-in SLC/ Murray--front desk: "It may say we accept pets[online] we don't...." Issues in Miami-Dade Florida checking in due to "system issues" manager over ride required - she was MIA. Marriott, we had a pretty good run over hundreds of the nights we slept together, but you've changed..... It's not me-it's you-we are done.....

Great place to stay in Moscow. Extremely clean and well appointed rooms. Great breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Right across the street from the University of Idaho and adjacent to campus.

We stayed here this past Friday night. A double queen room on the third floor. The room was fine, nothing fancy. The beds were pretty firm, but the pillows were comfortable and the water pressure was great. Loved the big, refillable shampoo and bodywash instead of the tiny bottles. The free breakfast was only ok, but it was very nice they offered it. What really impressed me was the staff. I have to give kudos to Echo and Grace for helping me get my reservation changed. Priceline was a nightmare and I was so grateful to these ladies for taking the multiple phone calls trying to get the date changed because Priceline couldn't manage this simple task.

This Hotel was Great - Cleanliness, Friendly staff, & room expectations. They are offering everything they can & doing their best during the Pandemic. The breakfasts are ok, but Carb heavy. Wish they would offer a fruit option something easy for a grab & go.

Warning!!!! Dirty room, extremely poor service. Not up to Marriott Brand! Very disappointed and the AC in rooms is incredibly loud but they don't seem to care. Bring ear plugs and anti septic wipes. More of the Comfort inn standard than Marriott. Don't waste your money or time!

Breakfast not out at 6:30. No employees around to ask. The bathtub had a lot of hair in it, and mildew around all the caulk.

Clean, quiet hotel with quality linens and modern decor. Free wi-fi, hot breakfast buffet, small fitness center and small indoor pool were perfect amenities for our needs. An evening wine and cheese bar would have been even better. Staff was nice, professional, friendly. Very pleased with our stay, and will return if we are in the area again.

After having a nightmare experience at the Quality Inn in Pullman, cockroaches in room, I checked right out and came here. EXCELLENT hotel with huge, clean rooms and walk in shower. I will be back!!

*FANTASTIC* My family came to Idaho for a wedding and stayed here, it was AMAZING! First, we needed to add a roll out bed at the last minute and they upgraded our room to include a pull out couch at no extra charge! Then, we ran out of fridge space for the food for the wedding and graciously allowed us to use one of their refrigerators for as long as we needed. The rooms were very clean, and so comfortable! The staff was amazing and the continental breakfast was more than we could have asked for! We will definitely be staying here every time we come back to visit!

We came in the evening in late February, and it was hard to find a room because there is a sports competition occurring this week at the University. We are just passing through. We could not find any reviews on this hotel, but since several others had no rooms, we figured we would try this one. The room smells new, and has interesting uber-modern yet tasteful decor with a bold red Bed wall in the room. There is not a tremendous amount of extra space in the king room, however, it is a nice set up. An extra desk top surface pulls out from the desk against the wall, for extra space. See pictures. Drew checked us in at the front desk. He was quite friendly and helpful. There is creative use of lighting and light fixtures throughout the fairly generous lobby. The lights change colors at intervals, changing the mood of different areas. The lobby is visually separated into several areas by partial walls, furniture, and lighting. It is well done-- both the lobby/halls and the room. And new; opened July 2013. Elevators are quicker than most. What a relief!
