At our facility in Whitby, we offer year-round, heated indoor or outdoor storage. We offer the ability to store your sailboat outdoors with the mast up.  The indoor winter storage is usually sold out by late August [but we occasionally have cancellations, so call for availability].

We also offer full decommissioning services for sail and power.  Engines, water systems, AC units, generators as well as sail and canvas removal, mast de-steps, cleaning and waxing are all available at our Whitby location or offsite. Yes we are mobile!

The product took over a month to finally be delivered when it was only supposed to take a week.

Shorted the original battery. Couldn’t get it fixed had to buy a $507 replacement. Pleased to have my C7 back. I’m 5’11” tall and my C7 is the largest frame but it’s suited for a 5’9” person. The front forks were warped in transit, or in storage and unbalanced the bike making it impossible to ride without hands. My bike was probably at the bottom of a pile while in storage. I had to unwarp the forks myself. Other than that I love my bike.

We got this bike about 4 years ago for my son, as he wasn’t old enough to drive. He rode it to school, year round. . Now he has his license, and a truck, so Momma took over this bike! LOVE it! Gravel, asphalt, rain, snow- it is awesome! Comfortable, economical, works amazing, and is a good looking bike! Very durable and sturdy and safe on gravel. We are now looking at getting a second one for hubby, so we can venture onto the trails around the mountains.

Have had my Moscow NCM for almost 5 years. I have never had any problems and have over 6000 km on it. Excellent bike for the price. Highly recommended

Charger works great

The bike was more-less tuned when it arrived, though I had to battle with the front derailleur to get it working properly. The one thing that ruined the whole experience was the big Moscow logo all over the bike. Really?! Ended up spray painting over it.

Fit exactly. The light was very bright and the shipping and communication with the seller was stellar. They responded to all my questions in great time. I'm really happy with the rack and the light is so bright. It's wonderful!

Bonjour, j'ai un NCM Prague de 4500 km au compteur (hiver comme été), pneu cloutés. Il va très bien, facile d'entretien (plaquettes de frein et 1 cable remplacés à date). Acheté chez Leon Cycle Canada, très satisfait !!!

J'adore mon achat, ce vélo répond à toutes mes attentes, il est ajustable au niveau du volant et du siège, ce qui est super pratique vu que je ne suis pas très grande, il m'offre une position assise bien droite ce qui rend la conduite agréable et surtout confortable. Honnêtement très satisfaite, je le recommande à 300%

Just installed onto my old bike after the old moter broke down at 2700km So glad to have my bike up and running again! Shocks are totally rusted out from only 6 months in the elements.

Great bike the battery from full charge lasts on avg 40kms. The bike shipped within 4 days. A couple minor scratches when i unboxed it: one on the front rim one on the handle bar other than that in great condition. The seat is very uncomfortable I had to buy another seat for it. The headlight bracket is not in a good spot. When I rode off the side walk onto the road my shocks came down it shoved the light into my tire and broke the reflector and bent the bracket. NCM needs to find a better set up for the headlight it sits just under the fork and is vulnerable to being broken. 4.5/5

Very good product I like it

I purchased this bike for my wife who is not much of a bike rider. She has enjoyed riding this bike so far as the pedal assist reduces her back pain significantly. We can ride much further than on regular bikes and it is so great to have an activity we can do together outdoors. Very happy with the purchase and buying experience. I’m very impressed with the quality of the bike and the range is awesome. Highly recommend it.

Purchased the Moscow M3 last fall. Did not get to ride much until this spring. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. This bike is a great choice for a commuter or light trail riding. Not a hard-core mountain bike but also not really advertised as such. Definitely a good choice if you are thinking about an E-Bike but want to make sure you will like and use it before spending more on a higher end bike. The battery life is consistently between 40-50km's. I live in a very hilly city, 450m elevation from downtown to my place, so I am always climbing hills. The assist has 6 levels and works well. It is a basic cadence sensor so if you are turning the cranks, it will push even if you are not actually putting in effort. The upside is that with 6 settings, you can find a speed that works well so you can also pedal the bike and get a good workout and still make really good time! Motor is powerful enough, I have tackled some pretty steep climbs and it pushes with you all the way. The only complaint I would have is the front forks are pretty basic (cheap). It is partially my fault as I have been trail riding quite a bit and as initially mentioned, this bike is best suited or commuting or light trail riding. Overall I am very happy with the Moscow M3 and I would recommend.

Even though it took almost 2 months to arrive, I am happy with the pedals, they are exactly the same size as the original ones. Well worth the wait .

How do I add a rear view mirror to my bike? I would prefer to add it to the end of the grip rather than on the handle bar.
