We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get the widest selection of yachts available. All our yachts are subject to availability. We can take last minute bookings and will always accommodate clients to the best of our ability.

Do You Allow Pets Onboard?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board our yachts as a matter of safety for the animals and potential damage caused to the vessels.

What are safety precautions maintained by you?

Each staff member of the crew is well trained in safety procedures. Other safety precautions include life jackets, life rafts, firefighting equipment, and First Aid kit. All our yachts are insured along with the passengers on it.

What kind of entertainment is offered on the yacht?

Music can be played; disc jockey shall be arranged as per your requirements at nominal additional charges. One is also allowed to bring the music selection of their choice.

What if the weather gets unfavorable?

In this case, we shall reschedule the booking but with prior notice as per dates as per your convenience.

If you accept, we will block the yacht for the day and time chosen and arrange for you to make the payment. Ohio brothers sentenced to 'notorious' prison following yacht party in Dubai

DUBAI, U.A.E. (WKRC) - Two Ohio brothers were sentenced to serve time in a Dubai jail following their arrest after a yacht party.

According to Detained in Dubai , an organization that provides assistance to those dealing with legal issues in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Ohio brothers Joseph and Joshua Lopez were sentenced to a month in jail time for drinking alcohol on a yacht.

The outlet said the brothers are "facing time in some of the world's most notorious prisons."

According to the organization, Joseph Lopez is a 24-year-old Air Force veteran and social media influencer, who currently holds the title of "Mr. Louisiana." Joseph Lopez intended to visit Dubai for two weeks before preparing to train for the Mister USA competition, per the outlet.

The New York Post reported that the influencer had hoped to shoot new content for social media in the Middle East's "City of Gold." The 24-year-old has amassed around 300K followers on Instagram and TikTok.

The brothers visited Bla Bla Dubai, a nightclub located near the Dubai Marina, on June 2. At some point during the night, the Lopez brothers were invited to a hotel "after party" by an Uber driver, per the organization, which reported that the brothers were given "platters of food, sparklers and drinks that were not requested" in a VIP section.

Twenty minutes later, the lights of the establishment came on and the brothers were handed a bill. Despite feeling taken advantage of, Joseph Lopez told the organization that he paid the bill in full.

Detained in Dubai reported that the brothers were later approached by a man at the party, who invited them back to his Yacht. Despite Joseph Lopez telling the man that he was "done spending for the night," the man insisted they join him, telling the brothers they would be his "American guests."

Upon arriving on the yacht, staff gave the brothers a drink and attempted to charge them $2,722. According to the outlet, the brothers refused before they began to feel strange, with the rest of the night becoming a blur. Joseph Lopez told the outlet that he and his brother were possibly "drugged," per the organization.

“They were drugged by locals after being asked to a yacht party by a local resident,” Detained in Dubai CEO Radha Stirling wrote.

Later in the night, the brothers were confronted by men in black ski masks, who allegedly attempted to put them in a vehicle, per the organization. Feeling they were being abducted, they resisted, the organization reported.

The Lopez brothers were arrested and held at a police station from June 3 to June 12, per the organization, which said they were given bail and a travel ban.

According to the organization, the prosecutor considered charging the brothers with alcohol consumption, resisting resisting arrested and property damage to a patrol vehicle.

Detained in Dubai reported that the Lopez brothers appeared in court last week, facing a charge of drinking alcohol. They were sentenced to one month in prison, per the organization, which added that the brothers will still face a charge related to "damaging government property and assaulting an officer."

The organization said it is pushing for a diplomatic intervention from the United States, with the Lopez brothers asking for an intervention from their local representatives in Ohio: Ohio Representative Mike Carey, Senator Sherrod Brown and Senator J.D. Vance.

“The legal process in Dubai can be drawn out for months and often the punishment is the process,” Detained in Dubai wrote. "Without diplomatic intervention, these boys face potentially years in jails notorious for human rights abuse and torture."

Their next court appearance is scheduled for tomorrow, per the organization.

Air Force Vet, Brother Sentenced To Jail In Dubai After Reportedly Being ‘Drugged’ At Yacht Party

A n Air Force veteran and his brother were sentenced to jail in the United Arab Emirates last week after reportedly being “drugged” during a yacht party.

Joseph and Joshua Lopez were convicted of alcohol consumption and sentenced to a month in prison in Dubai due to the supposed drugging, according to Detained in Dubai (DID), a legal organization that aims to help foreign nationals imprisoned in the UAE. The brothers could see their prison sentence lengthened even further due to pending charges of “damaging government property and assaulting an officer” related to the incident on the yacht.

“They were drugged by locals after being asked to a yacht party by a local resident,” DID CEO Radha Stirling wrote in a press release on the organization’s website calling for the brothers’ release. “They were given one drink onboard the yacht and the next thing they remember is being taken away by plain clothed police officers in an unmarked vehicle.”

The brothers had traveled to the UAE on May 25 in a bid to capture social media content for Joseph, who has since become a social media influencer after leaving the Air Force and is the current title holder of the “Mister Louisiana” pageant, the New York Post reported .

On June 2, after partying at a local nightclub, an Uber driver offered to bring them to an afterparty, where they were brought large quantities of food and beverages they hadn’t ordered, according to the NYP. The brothers were given a large bill 20 minutes after their arrival, and they were then invited to a yacht party where they were given one drink.

“This girl brought me a drink, and after she brought me this drink, I don’t remember anything,” Joseph Lopez previously told Cincinnati’s Fox 19 Now.

Following the arrest, the brothers were brought to the Al Barsha police station, according to the NYP. Despite the brothers’ requests, Emirati law enforcement officials purportedly refused to test the Lopezes for the “presence of any drugs or sedatives,” according to the DID.

“The government portrays that Dubai is a safe and crime free destination for tourists but the fact is, we see tourists targeted all the time,” Stirling wrote in the press release. “It’s a myth that Dubai is crime free. They just don’t acknowledge it as it’s bad for business.”

Ohio brothers sentenced to jail time in ‘targeted attack’ in Dubai

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Two Ohio brothers were sentenced in Dubai last week after a night out went horribly wrong.

Former U.S. Airman Joseph Lopez and his brother, Joshua, were sentenced to one month in prison for drinking alcohol on a yacht back in June.

The two men were in Dubai to travel, see the sites and create social media content for Joseph’s influencer career. However, things quickly went downhill after they accepted an invitation to a yacht party from a new “friend.”

FOX19 NOW’s Megan O’Rourke spoke with Joseph back in July to hear his side of the story. According to the veteran, it all started when he was hit with an expensive bill onboard the yacht - one he did not take part in and refused to pay.

Upset and confused on how that could have happened, the issue seemed to have been resolved, he said.

“And then this girl brought me a drink and after she brought me this drink, I don’t remember anything,” Joseph told O’Rourke. “Basically, she drugged us.”

The men did not remember the rest of the night and woke up in the back of a vehicle. They thought they had been kidnapped, not realizing that they were under arrest.

Joseph says while in custody, police did not conduct a breathalyzer test for 24 hours or a drug test for four days.

In addition to their alcohol sentence, the brothers are also facing damaging government property and assaulting an officer charges.

If they are found guilty of the other two charges, they both could spend several years in prison overseas.

According to FOX19 NOW’s previous story, the two Ohioans were released from jail on bond after a few days there, however, they were forced to rent an Airbnb due to a travel ban against them.

The CEO of Detained in Dubai, Radha Stirling, says this was a “targeted attack” and is telling of the country’s character.

Stirling’s organization has helped tens of thousands of people who are facing/faced legal issues in the United Arab Emirates, including the Lopez brothers.

Currently, Detained in Dubai is calling for U.S. diplomatic intervention, specifically from U.S. Rep. Mike Carey (R-Ohio), U.S. Senators Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) and JD Vance (R-Ohio).

“Without diplomatic intervention, these boys face potentially years in jails notorious for human rights abuse and torture,” Stirling wrote. “Joseph Lopez is an Air Force veteran who helps people in difficult situations through his mental health advocacy. He and his brother deserve every effort from the US government to bring him home.”

As of Monday afternoon, none of the three politicians have released information or input on the Lopez brothers.

It’s been an eventful and dramatic summer for Malayalam actor Asif Ali. Recently, a luxury yacht in Dubai was named in his honor, and two of his major films, Level Cross and Adigos Amigos, premiered in the UAE.

The yacht naming was a gesture of solidarity following a controversy involving musician Ramesh Narayan. At the Manorathangal trailer event, Narayan appeared to snub Ali during an award presentation when he refused to take the memento from the actor, igniting widespread backlash. Ali later clarified to Gulf News that Narayan’s conduct was not intentional, emphasizing that the incident was a misunderstanding rather than a deliberate slight.

“It all just happened suddenly and blew out of proportion. The perceived awards snub was all in the moment, and that’s the only way I know to respond or reply … I don’t know. That just happened. It was all in the moment,” said Ali, who has consistently downplayed the controversy, urging his fans not to embark on a hate campaign against a veteran musician. But he’s understandably chuffed about having a snazzy boat named after him.

“I feel so special. I don’t think I even have an auto-rickshaw named after me in Kerala. So this is a huge compliment. I am humbled that somebody felt the need to name his prized yacht after me in Dubai. It’s a big deal for me … I don’t think I deserve such a huge nod and I don’t know if I am deserving of such honor and compliments,” Ali told Gulf News in an interview in Dubai.

His growing fan base tells a different story and has anointed him as a star to watch out for in Malayalam cinema. The self-made actor, who has impressed audiences with his versatility in hits like Uyire and Thalavan, is known for taking on complex roles and portraying them with incredible nuance.

“I choose characters with various shades. I don’t care about the length of the role. Perhaps, that’s why I took on films like Honey Bee, exuding that youngster vibe, or a film like Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha. It’s ultimately all about the character I will play, the script, and not about my screen time,” said Ali.

In his latest film, Adigos Amigo, directed by Nahas Nazar and now in UAE cinemas, Ali reunites with actor-comedian Sooraj Venjaramoodu. The actor describes it as a friendship film set against a road trip scenario.

“It’s about two people from different walks of life and class who accidentally meet and embark on this road trip … It’s a fun entertainer,” said Ali. In the film, he plays a wealthy young man intent on squandering his family wealth on a series of parties and experiences. In sharp contrast, his other film 'Level Cross', also playing now in UAE cinemas, is a psychological thriller with actress Amala Paul. Here, he is not a rich man but an unkempt and uncouth individual who lives in the middle of nowhere.

“As an actor, I am excited about two back-to-back releases with contrasting characters and worlds. These two movies travel in different directions. 'Level Cross' is a slow-burn thriller with international appeal, while Adigos Amigo is a fun entertainer. I consider it a blessing as an actor to boast of playing two contrasting characters back-to-back.”

Malayalam cinema is experiencing a golden moment under the proverbial sun, even if we set aside the grim findings of the Hema Committee (this interview was conducted before the report was released). The serious concerns highlighted by the Hema Committee, which addressed issues such as toxic workplace conditions for women and predators controlling the Kerala film industry, are a dent in an industry that is being widely appreciated for its content-rich cinema.

Malayalam cinema is standing out in India’s entertainment scene with its unique storytelling and compelling performances. It’s not just about the big stars anymore -- these films are drawing attention for their fresh perspectives and relatable characters.

Ali, a star born from such stirring movies that weren’t necessarily mega star-led or big-budget productions, is a huge champion of Malayalam films.

“Compared to other languages like Tamil or Telugu, I believe that I am doing some great films in Malayalam itself. I am getting some amazing opportunities in Malayalam cinema. Our industry is versatile and is now going through this phase where we are making films for every mood and in every genre. This year alone, we began with 'Manjummel Boys', then came 'Aavesham', and we even rolled out a romantic comedy like 'Premalu'. We are ticking every genre out there.”

While he’s a big fan of his native-language films, he’s always open to roles in Bollywood films and other South Indian languages.

“If I get an exciting opportunity, I would never turn it down. I am even ready to audition for it. I have no ego about auditioning. Every actor should be willing to audition … There’s no place for ego when it comes to getting roles ... For all those listening, I am up for hire,” said Ali with a laugh.

Perhaps this healthy attitude towards work stems from him making it big on his own steam. He doesn’t come across as privileged or spoilt during our brief encounter at a kooky cafe in Dubai. Ready to speak for more than our allotted time, Ali was a portrait of grace and amiability. He appeared to appreciate his growing place in the Malayalam filmscape.

“Sometimes, I marvel at the big risk and gamble I took when I entered the world of movies. I wasn’t sure at all if I would succeed when I took a stab at acting or if I would survive this long. It wasn’t easy, but it all worked out for good.”

Joseph and Joshua Lopez , who were in the UAE to create content, found themselves in legal trouble after a night out on June 2. According to Detained in Dubai, the brothers claimed they were drugged at a yacht party they were invited to by a local resident. Radha Stirling, CEO of Detained in Dubai, stated that the brothers were targeted by scammers after attending two separate afterparties where they were forced to pay hefty bills.

Joseph Lopez, currently Mister Louisiana in the Mister USA competition , traveled to the UAE with his brother on May 25, intending to showcase the luxury of Dubai. Their troubles began after a night out at nightclub Bla Bla, where an Uber driver offered to take them to an afterparty. They were served food and drinks they didn't order and later faced a massive bill.

"They were clearly targeted by scammers," Stirling said. After deciding to end the night, the brothers were approached by a man who invited them to a yacht party, assuring them they were "American guests" and wouldn't have to spend more money. However, onboard the yacht, they were given drinks and later charged $2,722. After being offered another drink by a woman, the brothers claimed they lost consciousness.

Joseph Lopez later told Fox 19 Now, "This girl brought me a drink, and after she brought me this drink, I don't remember anything." The brothers' next memory was waking up in a police car. Stirling explained that they believed they were being abducted but were actually being taken to the Al Barsha police station, where they were held from June 3 to June 12.

The brothers were charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, damaging a patrol vehicle, and alcohol consumption. Despite their claims of being drugged, their request for a blood test was ignored by the police. They were eventually released on bond but were given a travel ban, preventing them from returning to the U.S.

As the brothers prepare to fight the charges of assaulting an officer and damaging property in court on August 20, their lawyers anticipate a potentially lengthy sentence describing the jails as "among the world's most notorious." Stirling criticized the UAE's treatment of tourists, arguing that Dubai is not as safe and crime-free as it claims to be. She called for diplomatic intervention from Ohio politicians to help bring the brothers home.
