The $70 million superyacht, SAINT NICOLAS yacht, is a 70m luxury vessel. She was first commissioned as one of three yachts by Warren E Halle, an American entrepreneur.
She was designed by the prestigious design firm Espen Oeino International, with interior design by Zuretti Interior Design. She was delivered in 2008 from Lurssen’s German shipyard.

SAINT NICOLAS yacht interior
The interior of the SAINT NICOLAS yacht was penned by Zuretti Interior Design . The interior is subtle and elegant, with rich wood, gilt trimming, and cream furnishings. She also features a large amount of head-room space.
She can sleep 12 guests in 6 cabins. The guest accommodations include an owner’s stateroom on the main deck, a VIP guest room on the bridge deck, two double rooms, and two twin guest rooms on the lower deck.
There is accommodation for 23 crew members in 11 cabins, including a crew gym.
The luxury yacht features a wide variety of amenities, including a swimming pool with counter-current jets and a bar.
The garage is filled with water toys and tenders, diving equipment, sea bobs, and wave runners. The SAINT NICOLAS yacht has never been chartered, and she has had the same captain since 2008.
Featuring a steel hull and teak decks, the exterior of the SAINT NICOLAS was designed by Espen Oeino , a Monaco-based design firm.
Her naval architecture was penned by Lurssen Naval Architecture and was delivered from the Lurssen Yachts shipyard in 2007.
Her hull and superstructure were repainted in 2016. In 2017, she was completely refitted with modern and advanced technological features.

The 70m yacht has a beam of 12.8m and a draft of 3.5m. The SAINT NICOLAS yacht has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 15.5 knots, covering a range of 4000 nautical miles. She has 2 Caterpillar engines and displaces 1626 gross tons.
She features Zero Speed Stabilizers that reduce the rolling motion of the yacht while at anchor, maximizing comfort for guests.
She has an annual running cost of $4 – $7 million per year. The SAINT NICOLAS yacht has a Lloyd’s Register classification.

Russian billionaire Anisimov renounces citizenship

Businessman Vasily Anisimov has renounced his Russian citizenship, becoming the seventh billionaire to do so after Russia launched its full-scale war against Ukraine, Forbes Russia reported on Feb. 8, citing documents provided by Anisimov himself.
Anisimov is a former partner of sanctioned tycoon Alisher Usmanov and the founder of Trustconsult and Coalco International. Forbes estimates his fortune at $1.6 billion.
According to the outlet, the money was mainly received from the sale of a stake in Mikhailovsky GOK to Alisher Usmanov and other assets. Anisimov owns businesses in Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates, and Africa.
According to the documents provided by Anisimov, he renounced his Russian citizenship in September 2022. He remains a citizen of Dominica and Croatia.
Anisimov continues to visit Russia on a business visa. The invitation was issued by the company Bolshoe Domodedovo, which Anisimov says was handed over to his managers.
Anisimov claims that he does not own any assets in Russia anymore.
At least six other billionaires have renounced their Russian citizenship since Moscow launched its full-scale invasion: Itera founder Igor Makarov, founder of the investment company Freedom Finance Timur Turlov, founder of the DST Global group of funds and former co-owner of Mail.Ru Group Yuri Milner, Revolut founder Nikolay Storonsky, former owner of Troika Dialog Ruben Vardanian, and Oleg Tinkov, the founder of Tinkoff Bank.

The auspicious waterfront property boasts two limestone mansions, a pool and two docks for a yacht on Jamaica Bay. The $30 million price tag makes it the most expensive property on the market in the New York borough by a long way.

The inside of the property is finished in cream and beige tones with the very best marble floors and white ceilings. Anissimova is reportedly selling the estate as she spends most of her time in Florida. She plans to buy a small pied-a-terre in Manhattan for when she visits New York.
