Codecasa launched motor yacht OKTANA in 1995. As such, she is built within Italy. OKTANA had her yacht design work finished by Carlo Alberto Sforzi and Carlo Alberto Sforzi. Carlo Alberto Sforzi was the naval architect involved in the professional nautical plans for OKTANA. Also the company Carlo Alberto Sforzi successfully worked on this undertaking. Interior designer David Laws was commissioned for the overall interior styling. Created at Codecasa Yachts the yacht was built in the country of Italy. She was officially launched in Viareggio in 1995 before being delivered to the owner. Her main hull was constructed with steel. The motor yacht superstructure component is made mostly from aluminium. With a width of 7.47 m or 24.5 ft OKTANA has moderate interior. A reasonably shallow draught of 2.56m (8.4ft) limits the amount of worldwide ports she can berth in, depending on their particular depth.

The 12V 396 TE94 engine powering the yacht is produced by MTU. Her propulsion units are twin screw propellers. The main engine of the ship generates 2285 horse power (or 1704 kilowatts). She is fitted with 2 engines. The total thrust for the boat is therefore 4570 HP or 3408 KW. As for stabalisers she was built with Vosper. The bow thrusters are Vosper.
