This style of boarding is not recommended for guests with mobility challenges, expectant mothers, or those with infants. Guests must ensure everyone in the party is fit for this style of boarding as it does require stepping into the tender, and a step up from the tender to the boat which can be slightly unstable.
For Searenity, beach boarding can result in above the knees being wet and guests must ensure everyone is fit for this style of boarding as it can require a high step up onto boat, balance and strength. This style of boarding is not recommended for guests with any mobility challenges, expectant mothers, or those with infants.

Whilst we love animals, unfortunately No pets allowed.
Please note, a fee of 25% of the total cost of charter is charged if you cancel 10 days prior to your scheduled cruise. This fee is adjusted to 50% of the total cost of the charter and charged if you cancel less than 5 days prior to your scheduled cruise. Cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise will result in a 100% penalty equivalent to the total cost of your cruise. In the event of you incurring a cancellation fee, should Seaduced Luxury Charters manage to rebook your slot, a 100% refund will be applicable to you of that cancellation fee.
Should weather not be ideal for sailing on the day of your cruise (rain forecasted for most of your cruise or unfavorable seas) we will offer you the option to reschedule to a mutually convenient date. If guests cannot reschedule, Seaduced will offer a cancellation without penalty. Only Seaduced has the authority to cancel/reschedule due to weather. Overcast skies, or scattered showers will not justify cancellation. Please note we would not sail if we anticipate conditions to be unfavorable. Superyacht Charter Barbados
The luxurious island of Barbados has captured many of the charms of the British Empire and retained them in tropical island style.
Explore one of the most charismatic Caribbean islands with a Barbados yacht charter. Enjoying a seductive climate year-round, it’s all too easy to settle into the soothing rhythm of Bajan life. Barbados is an iconic destination from white beaches to a rum-infused party scene, especially for those who are able to explore the area on a Barbados yacht charter.
A British dependent for over 350 years, remnants of colonialism still linger and have become engagingly entwined with the rich cultural identity of the native people. The parishes of Barbados are dotted with Colonial houses and sugar plantations dating back to the 17th century, creating a stately backdrop to the West Indian vibe.
Discover Barbados: A Yacht Charter Paradise
Barbados is the only Caribbean destination (and one of only four countries) to have had regular Concorde service from London. This contributed to the growth of the island’s west (or ‘platinum’) coast, which became adorned with both billionaire-owned houses and luxury hotels. Particularly busy with regulars over Christmas and New Year, it is a stretch of white sandy beach to the North of Holetown, where you can swim with turtles in the warm azure sea and enjoy a host of watersports, all from the comfort of your Barbados yacht charter.
Adventure and Relaxation: Island Activities
Hiking and all types of surfing enjoy immense popularity throughout the island, and for those feeling less inclined to exertion, Barbados boasts the globally appreciated Mount Gay Rum. The rum sours are worth sampling – in a local rum shack just outside Holetown or in a more upmarket venue. After the sunset, there is plenty to keep your Barbados yacht charter exciting – the international beach club chain, Nikki Beach, has opened a venue near Port St Charles and Port Ferdinand and, even on a Sunday, The Cliff Beach Club and Sea Shed spark up live local music and are humming with an international clientele.
Serving spicy West Indian favourites, the bulk of Barbados’ top restaurants are found on the west coast – from The Cliff to Lonestar and Dockside 1359 further north. Trendsetters are also heading as far away as possible from the flashy west coast to the palm-tree-studded grounds of the island’s oldest hotel, The Crane. Built-in 1887, the huge East Coast resort combines historic features with modern design. Drop the anchor in Bridgetown and have your tender drop you on the pink sand beach at sunset before heading to one of the hotel’s five eateries for dinner. Try the crispy flying fish at the cliffside L’Azure, a local delicacy, or sample Japanese at Zen restaurant.
Barbados is famous for its golf, and in addition to Royal Westmoreland, the world-renowned Sandy Lane Hotel boasts a Country Club and the exclusive Green Monkey Course. The national cricket hero, Sir Gary Sobers, can often be spotted relaxing at the Sandy Lane Country Club after a swift 18 holes. This venue, where Tiger Woods once married, is a majestic clubhouse with a fantastic view. Sit to enjoy your lunch while the indigenous green monkeys canter across the colourful gardens and fairways. While on the island, why not soak up a little of Barbados’ English lifestyle and take in a polo match at Apes Hill Club or a game of cricket?

AMAZING HONEYMOON! Huge thanks to Biff and Amy for making our honeymoon so special. Neither of us are sailors or water babies so the experience for us was very new coming from London. Biff was incredibly patient and gave us confidence to swim and snorkel at ease. We always felt safe and as a result were able to push our boundaries. Amy is an absolute angel - kind, gentle and incredibly informative and knowledgeable about local pirate history and wildlife; not to mention her superb abilities as a chef. The quality of food - up there with some of the fine dining we have ever had. Thank you both a million for surpassing our expectations and giving us the best honeymoon. Our love and best wishes...
All went very well on the cruise thank you. The family fully enjoyed it. Great captain and crew. Would highly recommend them!!!
We experienced one outstanding week on Split Second. The boat is in perfect shape, with all equipment & installations (including water sport toys) organized, clean and charming. The crew were very nice, patient, extremely cordial and incredibly dedicated to all safety issues. We were very pleased to see a young captain (Ryan) so mature and focused to make us comfortable all the time. We rated them 11 out of 10. For sure we will charter Split second again .
THANK YOU Oswaldo, Briar, Julia and Jos. I can not think of one more thing you could have done to ensure a fabulous vacation for ALL of our family. And pleasing 3 generations — not easy! In fact you thought of things we could not have thought of. Thank you for the wonderful Christmas gifts and for sharing your Christmas with us. I wish all of you all the best and hope I can sail with you again. Love Kathy.
Thank you both for your warmth & your hospitality over the last ten days. We thank you, Jean Marc, for the good choices of this wonderful anchorages. Marie, you are such an amazing Chef. It is unbelievable what you can make happen in that small kitchen. We were feeling like staying in a star restaurant and a six stars hotel each day. If possible, we would like to come back once again to visit more places in the Caribbean with you. Many thanks for the wonderful time ! V family

The Caribbean Island of Barbados is located in the Southern Caribbean and is the most easterly island in the Lesser Antilles Caribbean chain of islands. Friendly and relaxed, Barbados is a relatively flat tropical Caribbean island with an abundant supply of large gradually sloping beaches punctuated by sandstone cliffs. Remote and exceedingly beautiful, the Barbados’ closest neighbors are Saint Vincent & the Grenadines as well as Saint Lucia to the west.
Barbados is approximately 14 miles wide and 21 miles long and offers a wealth of things for yacht charterers to see, do and experience. Barbados offers a wide variety of activities to enjoy while staying on your luxury yacht including a host of leisure activities such as golf, surfing, sailing, snorkelling, kite surfing, cricket, hiking. There are also fabulous restaurants ranging from chic and sophisticated to beachside casual and world class shopping at a number of boutiques and stores. Barbados also boasts a great nightlife and hosts festivals almost every month of the year. There is always something happening in Barbados, no matter which coast you’re on, what month of the year or what the time of day.
Barbados also offers some fantastic white sand beaches and natural landscapes. In the northern end of Barbados for example the coral and sandstone cliffs reach several hundred feet in height and they are separated by adorable small sandy beaches and bays. The marine life and water quality is second to none.
Los Barbados, later shortened to Barbados was named by the Portuguese who discovered the island in the 16 th century after the bearded fig tree, which sends aerial roots from its branches making it look like it is a bearded tree. Barbados was first settled by the British in 1627 and remained a British colony until it gained full independence in 1966. Barbados maintains ties to the British monarchy as a member of the Commonwealth. The official language of Barbados is English, the dialect widely spoken on the island by nationals is called Bajan. Barbados has one airport, Grantley Adams International; Barbados is serviced by a number of international airlines. Barbados' capital and main city is Bridgetown. Other major towns scattered across the island include Holetown, Oistins and Speightstown.

Hire a Boat in Barbados
Barbados, first settled by the Arawak and Carib Indians, explored by the Spanish, and later settled colonized by the English, became among the earliest and largest settlements of the English in the New World in the 1620’s. Under slavery, Barbados was among the largest producers of sugar and rum, generating more trade than all the other English colonies combined. Along with Boston, the Barbados capital of Bridgetown was among the three largest English cities, and home to such notable as Blackbeard to pirate. Barbados finally became an independent country in 1966, with Queen Elizabeth as titular monarch. The true treasures of this island are only accessible by a Barbados charter yacht. The warm, crystal clear waters, with visibility up to 70 feet, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Be sure to rent a charter boat in Barbados to take in the full beauty of this tropical wonderland. Many people also like to hire a catamaran in Barbados all for themselves and family. OnBoat has private captained charter boats in Barbados for your choice of luxury sailing. Barbados The island of Barbados
Barbados is situated in the outer Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles. The island has Bridgetown as its capital city and commercial centre. For commercial reasons its harbour facilities are excellent and it is a good place to explore the island of Barbados.
More Details
The name of the island means "bearded" referring to the moss the early inhabitants saw hanging down from the trees. Though only 166 square miles in size Barbados has been one of the most important British possessions in the Caribbean. The early colonists on this Island cultivated cotton and tobacco but demand for sugar grown in plantations, using slave labour from Africa, prompted a dramatic change in agriculture. After slavery was abolished in 1834, it was not until as late as 1966 that the colony was granted independence. A democratic Labour Party was founded in 1938 and is still running Parliament today, with its Senate and House of Assembly. The country prides itself on being a friendly and cosmopolitan country and has successfully held both the World Golf Championship in December 2006 and the Cricket World Cup Super 8 matches in 2007. For the international traveller, the mooring facilities have been greatly improved since cruise liners started using the port for their "island-hopping" schedules. The centre of activity for berthing has always been around the so-called "Careenage" (marina) that has its Wharf and Fish Market overlooking Carlisle Bay. This is the old part of Bridgetown, and is one of the oldest cities in the Caribbean. Its British links are evident everywhere but particularly in its "Heroes Square" with its statue to Admiral Nelson. This was erected long before London's Trafalgar Square honoured him. A 'do-it-yourself' walking tour of Bridgetown might best start from the Careenage and by walking a little way up Broad Street to see the Parliament Buildings. From here and along the Wharf to Heroes Square is a short stroll. Turning into St. Michael's Row brings you up to the Cathedral with its single-hand clock and interesting architecture. If the walk is extended, the Queen's Park gardens are a delightful place to rest before returning to the harbour. If the objective of visiting Barbados is to circumnavigate the island, it is worth noting that the North and East coasts do get the brunt of the Atlantic waves but their beaches are still very good for walking and wind or bodysurfing. The North coast is certainly not recommended for swimming, but does have the quietest of coves that are ideal for snorkelling. A little inland it has Mount Poyer for the experienced climber. The West coast is rightly called the "Platinum coast" since it has the much clearer and warmer waters of the Caribbean. Its beaches are more numerous and so, of course, are the tourist hotels. The South coast is blessed with two bays, Carlisle Bay and Oistin Bay with Bridgetown as its epi-centre. The old part of the city is ideal for those wishing to sample the national dish of Cou-cou and flying fish. The Waterfront Cafe is noted for its nightlife and cuisine and the visitor can eat whilst listening to some Dixie-land Jazz. For the visitor staying overnight whilst cruising off the West coast there is an excellent choice of 4-star hotels with their own swimming pools. Consider Colony Club, Crystal Cave and Mangobay hotels, all of which have restaurants overlooking the Caribbean. Midway down the West coast there are the smaller villages called Sandy Lane, Holetown and Lascelles. Mooring is not usually a problem and it is possible to get ashore and look around the local golf courses. Sandy Lane has several and from here it is possible to drive or take a taxi to the newly created "Apes Hill Club golf" and development area. The 18-hole course was officially opened in November 2009 and due to its position in the centre of the island it has stunning views of the West and East coasts. Adjacent to the course is the Wentworth development homes with their own luxurious facilties including tennis courts, a Spa fitness centre, horse-riding, nature walks and restaurants. For those interested in viewing properties for sale this is the must-see spot. Bluewater can arrange the perfect charter yacht for this dream location.
